Are All Inclusive Wedding Packages The Way To Go?

You Say "I DO" And We Do The Rest!

The answer to this question of should I do an ALL INCLUSIVE WEDDING PACKAGE is usually YES! Just make sure that the vendors that you are dealing with are reputable in the industry. This is a great way to get the biggest bang for your buck. In this economy everyone is looking to save money wherever they can while NOT cutting back on what should be your dream wedding.

Now with this being said if you need to be in control of everything then this may not be the best way for you to go.  You may want to interview multiples of each type of vendor (ex DJ, photographer, videographer, etc).  Just remember if you are going to go this route to make sure that they are not only reputable WEDDING vendors but that they have a clear cut plan as to who will be leading the show.

If you do decide to go with the ALL INCLUSIVE WEDDING PACKAGES you have to have faith in the one company that is handling all of the planning for you.

All Inclusive Packages have been put together to make your life easier (and hopefully save you valuable time and money). Weddings will usually bring out the stress in most brides. Understandably we have all been picturing our wedding day since we were marrying our Barbie & Ken dolls. It is the one day that we are the center of the universe (or at least we feel we are). So we need to know that everything will be picture perfect (pun intended).

All Inclusive Wedding Packages should come with AT LEAST photography, videography, DJ (preferably with an MC), and centerpieces.  Ours also includes limousine, personalized ice sculpture and your custom tiered wedding cake.  The packages will  take some of the most challenging aspects of the wedding and say here you go we have it all for you! No need to do internet searches for hours, contact every friend that you know who has had a wedding in the past 10 years and get each ones opinions. By the time that you are done you will have more questions then when you started, along with a very bad headache.

Even with all inclusive packages you will still have plenty to do between your gown, brides maids dresses, RSVPs, the dreaded seating chart, favors, etc. So if you can find a way to cut back on the stress GO FOR IT! Just make sure that you know exactly what you are getting with each one of the vendors. If this is done right you can save thousands and have the wedding of your DREAMS!

So you just got engaged and it is one of the most thrilling times of your life!  However if you live on or near Long Island there is a lot of decisions that you will need to make and generally pretty fast.  For a Long Island wedding there are so many vendors it can make your head swim.  Finding not only the right vendors for you but also having all of your vendors work together can get tricky fast.

Now lets talk about making these decisions much easier!  An all inclusive wedding package can do just that.  With the all inclusive packages you get your full catering and open bar (who doesn't love a nice cocktail with friends and family).  You also have one of Long Island most dynamic and entertaining DJ's who has been in the field for over 20 years.  Accompanying him is one of our phenomenal photographers (take a look at our photo gallery to see their outstand work) along with our outstanding videographer (who is even a cinematographer) !

We personally do all the wedding planning for you.  Centerpieces check, limousine check, linen check, uplighting check, personalized ice sculpture check, even a custom 4 tiered wedding cake of your choice is included with all of our packages and these are all at a very affordable price (that is not something you hear much on Long Island).  Leave the wedding planning in our hands (we make sure all your dreams come true).  This leaves you time to truly enjoy such a magical time in your life.

Our motto is You Say "I DO" and We Do The Rest".  Let us show you how we can create your picture perfect wedding!

Is Winter your favorite time of year?  Do you love the cold weather?  Watching the snow fall gracefully to the ground and coating the earth with a beautiful delicate white blanket.  With all the holidays and the new year approaching giving you new visions for how your next year will be the best year yet!

Well when you get engaged your head starts to spin with the wedding that you have been dreaming about since you were a child.  Your perfect day, your perfect dress, your perfect cake and all that goes along with it.

Few brides think I want to do it in the middle of winter.  But the brides who do want the "Winter Wonderland" Wedding actually can have a STUNNING wedding! The backdrop of snowfall is something that cannot be recreated.  This is a theme that is only around for a short time each year.

Planning for a Winter Wonderland theme is quite easy as well.  Just focus on the SNOW!  Look at how beautiful, delicate and elegant a snowflake is.  Each one is completely different as is each bride. Snowflakes can grace just about everything from your centerpieces, favors, bouquets and even your cake.

Besides the fact of having an easy & beautiful theme to work with the cost factor for a winter wedding can be significantly less than a Summer wedding.  You just need to think a little outside of the box.  Make sure to be prepared for the snow.  Check with your venue and vendors as to what their snow policy is.  Having all of the information up front will reduce stress and you can coordinate around it.

After the hit movie Frozen we have seen a rise in Winter Wonderland themes.  When you do get to marry your Prince Charming remember you have many options.  You can play with colors and centerpieces that can go from simple or traditional to glamorous and extravagant all depending upon your personal taste.  Ornaments make a unique wedding favor for loved ones to cherish for years to come.

With a Winter Wonderland Wedding you can capture your personality and love of the beauty of nature.  Just be sure to have fun and make it about YOU!   If you do decide to do a Winter Wonderland theme remember that when the snow is here to stay it's time to have fun and play!
